Hilery Dorrian first qualified as an acupuncturist in 1981 before going on to study Homeopathy. She studied in India in 1986 before graduating in 1988. She is a much-loved and sought-after lecturer worldwide. Hilery is also a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Homeopathy Education.

What is included
  • A one-course choice set menu lunch will be included in the Cost PP.
  • A regular beer, cider, glass of wine or soft drink will also be included in the Cost PP.
  • Dietary requirements will be accommodated with notice. Mandoon does its best to cater to dietary needs, but dishes may contain traces of allergens. (GF) options may not be suitable for coeliacs due to possible cross-contact
  • No dress ups/costumes are allowed at this venue.
What is not included

    • Swan Valley Visitor Centre. Please pull up at the bus stop on Meadow Street, Guildford. Across the road from the Centre.
  • 11:00am:
    • House of Honey for honey and mead tastings.
  • 12:00pm:
    • Morish Nuts & Mondo Nougat for some tastings.
  • 1:00pm:
    • Mandoon Estate for premium wine tastings
  • 1:30pm:
    • Homestead Brewery @ Mandoon for a delicious lunch with a drink included in the ticket price. There will be time after lunch to wander down to the Garden Bar to purchase further drinks and listen to the live music on the lawn.
  • 3:30pm:
    • Lancaster for premium wine tastings with a gourmet cheese board.
  • 4:30pm:
    • Margaret River Chocolate Co & Providore for decadent chocolate tastings and fine food samples.
  • 5:00pm:
    • Leave for drop off back to pick-up location.
