CHE Australia & New Zealand Data Protection Policy

Please do not provide someone else’s personal data unless explicitly requested.

  • Application Forms: 3–5 years post-graduation or course exit
  • Student Records (grades, attendance): 3–5 years
  • Marketing Emails: 1–4 years with active consent

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure.

  • Data stored on secure servers, encrypted devices, and protected networks
  • Sensitive data (grades, attendance, emails) is encrypted
  • Passwords are not shared, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
  • Please note that internet transmission is never 100% secure
