CHE Australia Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Centre for Homeopathic Education – Australia
Effective Date: 26 June 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Centre for Homeopathic Education Australia (CHE) Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate or referring potential students to CHE, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years or older and operate in a lawful, ethical manner. CHE reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Referral Process

To qualify for the referral reward:

• The Affiliate must provide their unique referral code to prospective students.
• The referred prospective student (“Student”) must enter this referral code in the official application form on www.chehomeopathy.com.au
• The Student must be formally accepted into a CHE study program.
• The Student must pay the initial deposit fee to secure their place in the course.

3. Affiliate Reward

• Once the Student has been accepted into the program and has paid the deposit, the Affiliate will be eligible for a one-time referral payment of AUD $200.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer within 14 business days of confirming the student’s deposit has been received.
• No reward is payable if the Student is not accepted or withdraws before paying the deposit.
• If the student does not use your referral code but you have records (eg. text or email) to prove that they have been referred by you, please forward this to us and we will pay your referral commission retrospectively up to 6 months after the student has been accepted into the program

 

 

4. Bonus for the Referred Student

• Students who use a valid referral code and are accepted into the program will receive a free Eugenie Kruger Homeopathy 10 x 3g First Aid Kit and free shipping Australia wide, valued at approximately AUD $120.
• The kit will be delivered after the deposit payment is confirmed.

5. Limitations

• Referral rewards are capped at one per new student. Multiple affiliates cannot claim the same student.
• Self-referrals (using your own code) are not permitted and will void the reward.
• Affiliates may not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive promotion of CHE or any of its programs.

6. Termination

CHE reserves the right to terminate this agreement and withhold payment if:

• The affiliate violates these terms;
• Fraudulent or unethical conduct is detected;
• CHE discontinues or alters the affiliate program.

7. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent promoters and not employees, partners, or agents of CHE. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created.

8. Modifications

CHE may amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or on the CHE website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved within that jurisdiction.
